Two other changes to the Bylaws include:

1. The elimination of information in the Committees article to mirror the committees and commissions language in the Constitution. 

2. Information was changed in the Convention Sites article:

A. Language was clarified and redundancies were eliminated regarding the location of Convention sites (which should always take place within the State of Illinois. 

B. Changes in the hospitality industry as well as our pivot to hosting at our educational institutions do not always allow for us to publish convention sites two full years in advance. We have proposed eliminating language that requires two full years of notice for convention sites, but we will still do everything in our power to publish this information as soon as possible.
