We have gatherings in the Westin Chicago Northwest (our convention hotel) on Thursday and Friday nights and everyone is welcome to those events, even if you don't have a reservation at the hotel. (All day-time sessions are at the Wojcik Conference Center at Harper College.)
We have a small block of sleeping rooms ($139/night) at the Westin, but they are limited in number, and the deadline for reservations in our block is early: August 24, 2026. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this marvelous hotel. It is exceptional. (Note that taxes [currently 11%], DuPage Clean Energy Fee [$1/night], and a $5.00 fee for overnight parking are additional to the room rate. Also, Junior Suites [$189/night] or Suites [$339/night] may be available.)
