Descriptions of Four Proposed Changes

  1. Constitution Article 1: Phrase added for clarity.
  2. Constitution Article 2 (all sections) and Article 7 (section 7.3.1): Changes to ICTA's purposes recommended by ICTA's attorney to help us qualify for an Illinois State Sales Tax Exemption. Explanation of the purpose changes.
  3. Bylaws Article 5 (new section 5.6): Creation of a new award in memory of Past Presidents Marion Kleinau (1987) and Marvin Kleinau (1969). Detailed Explanation of the Kleinau Award.
  4. Constitution Article 4 (multiple sections), Article 5 (sections 5.6.2 and 5.6.3), and Bylaws Article 2 (section 2.1.3): Establishing three-year terms for President, Vice President for Convention (formerly First Vice President), Vice President for Long Range Planning (formerly Immediate Past President), and eliminating Second Vice President.
