Does the new language require more meetings for the Executive Board—ARTICLE 6: MEETINGS, Section 6.2.1?

The proposed changes are designed to reflect current and, in recent years, traditional practice. The current Constitution suggests that the Board should meet at least twice a year. Because the Board meets on a quarterly and, if necessary, more frequent basis, the Committee felt it was important to inform members of the current practice while also ensuring that any new Board members had an accurate sense of the time expectations that would accompany the role.
