2025 ICTA Convention--Speak Up

The 2025 ICTA Convention--Speak Up, begins with a reception Thursday evening (September 18) at the convention hotel (see hotel below) and continues with main sessions on Friday and Saturday, September 19 and 20, at the Astroth Community Education Center on the Heartland Community College campus.

Important:

• Convention Registration includes annual Membership. 
• The early registration deadline is September 4, 2025. (Beginning 9/5/25, the registration fees increase by $25.)

There are two ways to register and pay:

Convention Hotel:

The convention hotel is the Holiday Inn, Bloomington-Normal, located near Heartland College at 8 Traders Circle, Normal, IL. 

We have gatherings in the hotel on Thursday and Friday nights and everyone is welcome to those events, even if you don't have a reservation at the hotel. (All day-time sessions are at Heartland College.)

We had a block of sleeping rooms at the Holiday Inn, but they were limited, and the deadline for reservations in our block has passed. However, you may check directly with the hotel to see if rooms are otherwise available.
